About the Expo

The Connecticut Student Innovation Exposition (CT EXPO) is the culminating experience for Connecticut middle and high school students who are engaged in a variety of innovative, cutting-edge education programs in science, technology, engineering, and math. This year, students were challenged to create projects related to sustainable energy and/or environmental responsibility. These initiatives are the result of a collaborative effort by Connecticut business, government, K–12 education, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations that support programs for Connecticut urban and suburban students and teachers. Students will present their work at the Connecticut Convention Center beginning with the first annual CT Student Film Festival on Friday, May 8, and ending with exhibitions and awards on Saturday, May 9. This event is free to the public. Please join us as we celebrate student achievement, creativity, collaboration, innovation, and 21st century STEM education.
